Kaweah Delta would like to invite New Grad RNs to apply for the 3-month Critical Care Nursing Internship Program.
Start Date: February 8, 2010
The Critical Care Nursing internship Program is focused on the development of the professional nurse, providing the full continuum of critical care. Nurses in the program will participate in rotations throughout the critical care environment including ICU, ICCU and Emergency Department Internship experiences will also include open heart surgery and other nursing units deemed appropriate for the RN/RNIP.
Upon successful completion of the program, you will be able to verbalize the professional practice standards and guidelines relevant to critical care services and will transfer into a home unit for a complete unit orientation with a preceptor and mentor.
