The Assistant Recruiter Program (ARP)

The Assistant Recruiter Program enables your CampusRN Client Services Manager to act as an “assistant recruiter” and conduct 100% of the candidate outreach on your behalf. The Client Services Manager will initially consult with you to gain the knowledge they need to actively target/email candidates highlighting externships, jobs, events, etc. The only obligation is to review the results and update the Client Services Manager with new developments every 90 days so their efforts continue to be channeled accurately.  With the ARP, we will do the work for you!

Automated Search Agents

Your Client Services Manager will work with you to set up search agents that automatically will find the type of candidates you are targeting as they register on CampusRN.  Hundreds of new qualified candidates add their profile to CampusRN every week and the search agent will capture them.  While your Client Services Manager is responsible for contacting candidates for you, you are always kept in the loop as to the quantity of new candidates your agent has found.  Even though we are doing most of the work, you also have the ability to do searches and email blasts at your convenience.  Whether you email one candidate or 100, the communication is automatically personalized, so it does not appear to be bulk mail/spam.  You can save multiple email letters in your account, saving you time when communicating the same messages on an ongoing basis. 


While the search agents and the ARP address ongoing targeted outreach, JobAlerts are usually utilized to spread the word about recruitment events such as on-campus visits, open houses, and job fairs. A JobAlert is a one-time email blast to a desired pool of candidates.  In addition to events, JobAlerts are often effective in generating immediate applicant traffic to an opening that you want to showcase.
