Texas Health Dallas, a Magnet facility, has a new full time opportunity for an experienced Manager of Quality.
Qualified candidates will possess the following:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) Master’s prepared strongly desired
Must have 1 year's recent experience in acute care quality improvement and patient safety.
Current RN licensure to practice in the state of Texas.
Ability to use quality management business intelligence tools and apply statistical process control concepts when needed.
Project management skills. Ability to interface with multiple disciplines and multiple levels within the organization.
Strong Leadership and communication skills
DUTIES:
Plans, develops, and implements approved annual budget. Responds to and corrects variances in timely manner.
Designs and implements structures and processes that are data driven and evidenced based to improve work flow and outcomes. Adopts best demonstrated practices.
Establish specific goals to measure facility processes and outcomes which meet accreditation and regulatory requirements as well as THR and THD requirements related to performance improvement.
Provides timely, accurate, and meaningful data to workgroups
Develops and maintains orientation program, including cross-training as appropriate
Timely and accurate referral to committees
Ensures follow-up is completed
Ensures OPPE and FPPE are completed timely and per policy
