Vascular Tech facility: Lovelace Medical Center jobtype: Full-Time (1.0) shift: Varies department: Radiology-LMC description: Performs scans such as carotid duplex, lower and upper extremity arterial, Doppler and imaging, abdominal aorta duplex imaging, lower and upper extremity venous, Recognizes the significance of all structures visualized on the monitor and is able to differentiate normal from abnormal and recognize artifacts. Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety. requirements: Minimum: Completion of an Accredited Vascular Tech. Program and certification as RVT or eligible.Desired: Associate�s Degree or Bachelor�s Degree Vascular Basic computer skills; Ability to communicate effectively; Ability to work independently or manage workload.Desired: One (1) year experience in the healthcare/hospital environment.RVT certification or registry required or eligible.
