EXPERIENCED ICU RNs FOR PER DIEM/POOL HOURS - VARIOUS SHIFTS
Implements the comprehensive plan of care by providing direct nursing care within a shift for individual patients. Initiates Interdisciplinary Plan of Care or Guidelines, assists the Patient Care Coordinator in devising a comprehensive plan of care, and evaluates patient responses to implemented care. Assists patients in achieving their long-term goals by establishing and meeting short-term goals and providing education to meet their discharge needs.
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required. Current Registered Nurse Licensure by the Wisconsin Department of Regulation and Licensing or permit to practice as a graduate nurse. American Heart Association Healthcare Provider CPR.
