Per Diem (B2) License / Certification - Other Physical Therapist
PURPOSEThis position provides physical therapy services to pediatric population, neonate to adolescence, including evaluation and treatment, using modalities such as exercise, heat, water, electricity, massage, light and ultrasound.
REQUIREDCurrent Arizona State Board of Physical Therapy license. Current AZ DPS fingerprint clearance card. Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association. Degree from a school accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association.
PREFERREDPediatric experience.
