Job Description:
Full-Time Days Bachelors Responsible to assess patient's functional and cognitive problems including daily living activities, upper extremity, strength, endurance, fine/gross motor skills and evaluates premorbid, vocational and community roles - must be a graduate of an accredited school of Occupational Therapy possessing a current State of IL license or eligible - driver's license and auto insurance are needed as required for assignment.
Salary Range - Minumum - $27.34 - Mid Point - $34.17 - Max - $41.01
