Job Description:
Full Time 40 Rotating Master's 3 years Requires Master's degree from accredited school of nursing, current RN licensure in state of Maryland, and 3 years of full-time experience in area of specialty. Pediatric ICU or Pediatric PACU experience required. These require a professional level of knowledge including interpretation, utilization, and data analysis regarding patient care. Practices as an expert in the application of the nursing process and theory within a speciality area. Primary responsibility is to advance patient care directly in the role of expert clinical practitioner and indirectly in the roles of educator, consultant, researcher, change agent, collaborator, clinical leader, role model, and patient advocate.
