Job Description:
PER DIEM 8 HOUR Varies Day / Evening Rotation In coordination with the primary therapist, the support counselor is responsible for providing ongoing assessment, individual, family, group counseling and psychoeducation with individuals/families with substance abuse disorders. Implementation of treatment and discharge plans and patient charting.
