Lovelace Health Plan has an immediate opening as a Supervisor, Health Services Disease- Management.Oversees the daily operations and activities of assigned staff while providing professional clinical management and leadership expertise. Supervises overall clinical and non-clinical services as it pertains to the facilitation and coordination of health services for health plan members. The Supervisor will work closely with the Director to provide quality, cost-effective medical services to members in accordance with company objectives. Adhere to policies, procedures and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety. requirements: Minimum: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, business or related field of studyDesired: Master's DegreeAbility to maintain strict patient confidentiality; Management skills; strong organization and problem solving skills; works well in a team setting; communicates effectively both orally and in writing.Five (5) years of case management experience of which two (2) years must have been in a supervisory capacity.
