Job Description:
On Call Days varied days The Case Manager coordinates the organization of clinical documentation, utilization management, a coordination of care across the continuum. This position will review, assess, and identify high risk and high resource consumptive cases. BSN or bachelors degree in related field preferred and/or 5 years clinical experience in an acute care setting. Experience with and knowledge of quality and utilization review standards and requirements as defined by internal and external regulatory agencies. One (1) year current practical experience in utilization management, risk management, quality improvement preferred. Practical experience in discharge planning and social services, preferred. Current Washington State RN, LPN, Social Worker or Social Services licensure preferred.
