Nurse aide program offered at Hunterdon Polytech
Tuesday, March 16, 2010
Seats are available in Hunterdon Polytech’s state-certified nurse aide program. Nurse aides perform nursing tasks and assist charge nurses in the care of patients. The adult education course can lead to employment in a nursing home or health care facility, careers expected to be in demand as the population ages.
The 90-hour part-time day program begins April 6 at the Bartles Corner campus, Raritan Township. Classes are 8 a.m.-1 p.m. Tuesdays through Thursdays. It costs $891. Students who register online can save 10% on their tuition.
