Trinity offers independent study Parish Nurse orientation course
Thursday, August 20, 2009
Trinity"s Parish Nurse program is now offering a new orientation scheduling option for nurses interested in merging their health-care experience and their personal faith to better serve the community. Nurses may now begin the orientation at any time of the year by completing six independent study modules to better accommodate individual needs and church vacancies. Topics more appropriate for lecture and class discussion will continue to be offered through six weekly classes held in the fall.

I would be very interested in this type of nursing avenue. I have worked in public health and also for the last 9 years homecare as an RN Case Manager.
