Twenty-Eighth Annual Minnesota Geriatric Care Conference

The Twenty-Eighth Annual Minnesota Geriatric Care Conference is designed to update clinical knowledge and skills of those who care for older adults in a variety of settings, including the community, hospitals, long-term care, offices, and others. Themes to be addressed are chronic illness, innovations in care for the elderly, and maintaining independence along the continuum of care. A symposium on diabetes will open the conference, and quality of life issues, such as sleep, future of home care, exercise, and dialysis will be addressed.
