A recent survey from Forbes suggests diversity is key to driving innovation in the workplace.
In the survey of 321 fortune 500 companies, 85% said a diverse workforce is vital in attracting and retaining top talent. Something every company is interested in doing.
But many also say progress has been uneven, and there are groups still under-represented.
