Alice/Jeanne Wagner Endowment Scholarship To provide financial assistance for postsecondaryeducation to students interested in working on a nursing degree. Amount Awarded: $500Number Awarded: 1 each year.Duration: 1 year; may be renewed.Deadline: January of each year.Eligibility: Applicants must be either 1) graduating high school seniors in the top 25 percentile of their class or having a score of 20 on the ACT or 950 on the SAT, or 2) students already enrolled in college with a GPA of at least 3.0. Students enrolled for training in a technical school or returning to school after an absence are also eligible. Applicants must be studying or planning to study nursing. Selection is based on character, scholastic ability, leadership and ability skills, and financial need.Additional Information: Epsilon Sigma Alpha (ESA) is a women's service organization, but the scholarships are available to both men and women.
