University of Pennsylvania Postdoctoral Research Fellowships

Multiple postdoctoral research fellowships in NIH/NINIR supported institutional training programs are offered annually at the University of Pennsylvania, School of Nursing. Research opportunities are available in the areas of nursing outcomes at the Center for Health Outcomes and Policy Research; historical research at the Center for the Study of the History of Nursing; and vulnerable women, children, and families at the new Center for Health Disparities. Amount Awarded: $Stipend, Tuition Benefits, Travel Allowance, and Individual Health Insurance Number

Number Awarded: 4 each year starting September 1

Duration: 1 year, may be renewed

Deadline: Varies, generally open until filled

Eligibility: Registered nurses who have received a doctoral degree from an accredited university and are U.S. citizens or permanent residents. Interested candidates should send a current curriculum vitae along with a letter describing their fellowship and career goals to the appropriate Center director.
