Josephine Roseta Educational Fund Nursing Scholarship Pittsburgh's Ohio Valley General Hospital (OVGH) School of Nursing, via community donations to the Josephine Roseta Educational Fund, is giving all incoming nursing school students free tuition, plus a jobwhen they graduate.
