Bernice Pickens Parsons Fund Scholarships To provide financial assistance to residents of WestVirginia who are pursuing education or training indesignated fields. Amount Awarded: $700Number Awarded: 9 each year.Duration: 1 year; may be renewed.Deadline: February of each year.Eligibility: This program is open to residents of West Virginia who are pursuing full-time education or training at a college or university in the state. Preference is given to residents of Jackson County. Applicants must at least a 2.5 GPA and demonstrate good moral character.
