Native Hawaiian Scholarship Program Awards serve Native Hawaiian by providing payment for Health Professions training in exchange for the scholars serving in a federally designated health professional shortage area in Hawaii on completion oftraining. The scholar must be native Hawaiian and serve for a year for each year of support received.
