Bertha P. Singer Scholarship To provide financial assistance for study or nursingresidents of Oregon. Number Awarded: Varies each year.Duration: 1 year.Deadline: February of each year.Eligibility: This program is open to residents of Oregon who are studying nursing and have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
