Business and Professional Women's Foundation The Foundation offers the New York Life Foundation Scholarship Program for Women in the Health Professions to women who are seeking education necessary for advancement within a career. Scholarships range from $250 to $1000 for tuition, fees, and school-related expenses such as child care and transportation. Applicants must be: female, 25 years of age or older, a U.S. citizen, officially accepted into an accredited program of study, be graduating within 1 to 2 years, and demonstrate critical need for financial assistance. Applications are available between November 1 and April 1.
