U.S. Public Health - Indian Health Service - National Health Service The Indian Health Service provides total loan repayments directly to lending institutions in exchange for federal and/or private employment commitments. All outstanding health professions education loans, both federal and commercial, apply. The length of commitment is determined by the amount of the loan to be repaid.
