Pearl Ramsey Memorial Nursing Scholarship Applicant must be a resident of Kennebec County, Maine. Selection is based upon financial need, school and civic involvement, and GPA. Applicant must submit two letters of recommendation and a short essay on why scholarship is needed and what goals are hoped to be achieved. Applicant must submit S.A.S.E.
