Mary Marshall Nursing Scholarship for Licensed Practical Nurses Applicant must be a resident of Virginia for at least one year prior to application, be a high school graduate or have a GED, be enrolled as a full-time student, demonstrate financial need, and submit an application and letter of recommendation from a program director.Applicant must attend a school of practical nursing in Virginia.
