Jerry Maki Scholarship To provide financial assistance to students from selected counties in Missouri, Iowa, Kansas, and Nebraska who are majoring in social work or nursing in college. Number Awarded: 1 each year.Duration: 1 year.Deadline: September of each year.Eligibility: This program is open only to residents of the following counties: 1) in Missouri: Andrew, Atchison, Buchanan, Caldwell, Clay, Clinton, Daviess, DeKalb, Gentry, Grundy, Harrison, Holt, Livingston, Mercer, Nodaway, Platte, Ray, and Worth; 2) in Iowa: Decatur, Fremont, Page, Ringgold, and Taylor; 3) in Kansas: Atchison, Brown, Doniphan, and Nemaha; and 4) in Nebraska: Nemaha and Richardson.
