Robert Browning Scholarship

To provide financial assistance for undergraduate study in the health sciences to gay, lesbian, bisexual, or transgender students who live in the Northwest.

Number Awarded: 1 each year.

Duration: 1 year; recipients may reapply.

Deadline: February of each year.

Eligibility: This program is open to residents of Alaska, Idaho, Montana, Oregon, or Washington who are studying or planning to study the health sciences at the undergraduate level. Applicants must have demonstrated leadership potential in the gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgender community. Selection is based on financial need, community involvement, and commitment to human rights.
