AAHN Competitive Student Research Award To provide funding for graduate student research to members of AAHN. Amount Awarded: $1000Number Awarded: 1 each year.Duration: 1 year.Deadline: May of each year.Eligibility: Applicants must be enrolled in either an NLN-accredited master's program or a doctoral program at a regionally-accredited university. They must be members of the association. Proposals must focus on the history of nursing. The applicant's research advisor needs to be a scholar who is actively involved in the field of nursing history and who has prior experience in guiding student's research. Included in the application package must be 5 copies of a title page, narrative for the study, list of potential primary and secondary sources, and list of any other relevant facilities and resources to be used.
