Dr. Joanne Scungio Research Grant Awards To provide funding for pediatric oncology research to members of APON. Number Awarded: 1 each year.Duration: 1 year.Deadline: April of each year.Eligibility: This program is open to association members who are proposing a research project on a clinical aspect of nursing care of children with cancer and/or their families. Applicants must be RNs who are actively involved in pediatric cancer patient care, education, or research.Additional Information: Projects must be completed within 1 year of the award.
