Number Awarded: Varies each year.

Deadline: June or December of each year.

Eligibility: Applications for this program must be submitted jointly by at least 1 member of the association and participants from a health care provider organization and a community group. Funding may be sought for projects that meet specific needs of acute and critically ill patients and families in innovative ways.
