NAPNAP/Astrazeneca Clinical Project/Research Grant To provide funding to members of NAPNAP who are interested in conducting research on pain in children. Amount Awarded: $5000Number Awarded: Varies each year.Duration: 1 year.Deadline: November of each year.Eligibility: This program is open to members of the association who are interested in conducting research related to pediatric nursing. The current topics are: pain and pain management in children, asthma in children, and central line care. Doctoral research is allowed. Research proposals must contain: an application form and title page, abstract (up to 250 words), budget (up to $5,000), narrative with references, time line, agreement, applicable appendices, curriculum vitae, and checklist.Contact Information:National Association of Pediatric Nurse Associates and Practitioners
