Community Relations The Senior Network, an organization formed by the hospital, now coordinates Senior health initiatives with 58 community Senior Centers and agencies serving the elderly. Other outreach initiatives include the Nursing Home organization and the Office Managers Association. Outpatient Center University Hospitals Bedford Medical Center provides high quality inpatient and outpatient surgical services. Surgical specialties include General Surgery, Gynecology, Ophthalmology, Orthopedics, Otolaryngology (ENT), Plastic Surgery, Podiatry, Thoracic and Urology. Additional services include Gastroenterology and Pain Management.
